This is for The most Confusing parts of my soul.

Before Dawn

Before Dawn

If my life could live
Just a day or two in your soul,
My smile would glean
And scream

With simple parameters
Enveloping moments,
While the evening
Dreams particular

Scenes and songs
That persist like a halo
Within the Southern Cross
Of bodies that linger

And thoughts of smiles,
Across the love
And the temperature
Apparently worn

Before Dawn, Before the stars
Sleep this evening,
Drifting over and over
Keeping me Alive.

Deeply felt feeling expressed with such tenderness. A beautiful poem. The soul is the hardest to comfort.

A sweeping array of thought and feeling,
strung along as celestial pearls in the
necklace of awareness and hopes.
