tales told in passing

i have been enamored

by clouds

of late   thinking   until now

how common   in fact   how rare

in the city

glimpsed from our apartment window

from the street   between tall buildings

in parks

obscured by trees   only now

at the vineyard   golden hills

rolling

to the horizon   do i see clouds floating free

telling ever-changing tales

in passing

The form of this is so clever! I also enjoyed the tone here: calm, pensive. Great job!
