Harbour at evening after a busy day

Interlude

Silver dances on rippled water
As the sun moves west to end
Of day

It's quiet here in the harbour
Resting now the ship's day done

The breeze set up by cooling
Land brings a gentle motion to
The deck

Mauve and pink fades to magenta
Bringing nightfall and a welcome
Sleep
