This is real story one of my childhood friend was killed in car crash last month, I just found out, so shocked from the news when I read it today in my other friend Facebook
'War on the roads' - it has become everyday, in dry statistics, part of the news. It's scary because it's a result of mentality, complexity, irresponsibility, aggression, and a total lack of respect for others. Even worse, we have become accustomed to it, as we have become accustomed to prostatitism, arrogance and corruption.

Yesterday, a younger life was gone, swept away by a light car on Primorski Boulevard - a heavy accident where BMW blasted a cyclist and the driver ran away from the scene. There are pictures that should help authorities capture the responsible.
Martin Chikalov, a young and talented ballet dancer from the State Opera - Varna, is the deceased. The deceased boy's mother does not have the necessary means to send his child to his last path. Therefore, at the entrance of the Opera House, to the guards, there is a box for collecting funds for the funeral.

The driver who killed Martin Chikalov was drugged
Cocaine and cannabis were discovered by the forensic chemistry expertise in the blood samples of the accused unreasonable driver who caused the cyclist's death in Varna and escaped from the scene, the prosecutor said.
Samples taken by order of the District Prosecutor's Office in Varna in the pre-trial proceedings against 25-year-old inadequate driver Petar Zdravkov, who caused the death of a cyclist in a road accident and escape, showed the presence of a metabolite of tetrahydrocannabinol and benzoylleggonin in the blood of the accused . These substances are observed only after the use of cannabis / marijuana / and cocaine. Both cannabis and cocaine are on List 2 of high risk substances and are placed under a special prohibition regime.
The certificate of changes in the permanent address presented by the defendant's defense in the courtroom shows that the same was filed on September 11 at 14.05. On the same date and almost at the same time, 20 hours after the heavy road accident, Petar Zzdravkov, accompanied by his lawyer, surrendered to the Ministry of Interior after he was declared a statewide search. At none of his famous addresses the accused was not found then.
By order of the Varna District Court, the accused is currently in detention with custodial detention "Detention on remand". If appealed, the hearing at the Appellate Court will be tomorrow, September 18. In the event of a possible appeal, the District Prosecutor's Office in Varna will provide evidence of the above-mentioned facts of the Appellate Prosecutor's Office so that they can be taken into account by the Appellate Court.
