Let us go to battle.
Let the fire reach its peakEmbers shine in immense heat
Air to get its sordid sorrow
till the first light tomorrow
Let us also share some laughter
Rejoice till the winds feel softer
See our eyes shine and flicker
Festivities get some what slicker
Let us feed each other hope
Seep in strength and then some more
Recall few comical moments of past
Cherish those memories till they last
Let us tomorrow, my friend, my brother
Repay our debt, return the favor
fight the shadows, go linger in dark
Run through flames and some bodies charred
Let us die, for this new bloom
Wither away for a brand new moon
We are soldiers and sentinels to these lands
We bleed and perish so this spring may stand.
