Miriam V ... Of Life and Death Eternal

And so his spirit
With exquisite grace
Rose to become every atom
Of what ever was
And ever shall be
In so doing became
A Cosmic force of love
That formed two bolts
One struck the stone
Opened the tomb
Recreating the wrecked corpse
Of the young rabbi to a living
Entity defying natural law
Conferring life eternal on
All who love unflinchingly
The other struck a screaming
Horror filled Mammon
With the sting of everlasting death
And the promise of the same to
Those who worship at his
Filthy throne

I like the vigor of this poem, Joe. I hope that this doesn't offend you, but, to me, it brings a "Raiders of the Lost Ark"-like excitement to the Resurrection.
