A CHEEREY SITE TO BEHOLD

Down our road I saw a site that cheered me up no end
A man rebuilding his boundary to the perdestrean path
Rather rebuild the wall than take an axe to his oak tree
That were very mature - very very old
I said to the man: '' Maybe You Should Put The Tree On A Diet. ''
The old oak tree had great girth
The man smiled and got on with rebuilding the wall
I swear the old oak tree laughed at quip my joke positively shook with laughter
An oak tree enshored given living room to give pleshuer to future generations
