This is a compact and playful use of the electrical metaphor. The idea of attraction as a circuit is simple but effective, and the shift from physical to mental in the last two lines gives it a little extra charge. The poem is so brief though that it feels more like a pickup line with poetic ambitions than a full expression. A little more play with the metaphor, maybe resistance or current or a short circuit, would give it more spark. Still, it is clean and confident.
