Bobby Timmons, piano

Ron Carter, bass

Albert Heath, drums

evening

listening to jazz

relaxing

letting go, trying to let go

of the accumulated pain

and anxiety

of this day, which is coming

to its natural close, writing

a few words

maybe something will come of them

maybe not, doesn't matter

write, exhale

begin the process of shutting down

not all problems can be solved

certainly none will be solved this evening

This has the true feeling of early evening. When the worries of the world need not be solved. It is probably the best time to write. You are able to glean context about things. I am not really a jazz man but I am sure it helped. A nice relaxing read.

Some famous bard once said something about music being the food of love etc., I think poetry is too, and writing is definitely cathartic, so it sounds to me as if you have the best formula for alleviating the day's stress. Soothe the aching brow mon ami. I hope the next day will bring a fresh reveal that isn't so anxiety provoking. Hey, go in peace comes to peace! Blessings, Allen
