Intimate Estrangements

Paints A Pretty Picture

When the Night sky paints a pretty picture

Of unconscious messages buried in fields of light

Like a lost beast crying from hunger in a confusing dream

Or a clear glass bowl of roses burning like a blood sun

When a dearly anticipated day fades again and goes away

Like a river of sacred rain rising so high then falling from sight

Like a boat that's lost it's oars with a mad tide rising fast

Covering eyes with hands miming posture

;Polarities reverse the edges blur

As colors whirl on a canvas, whisper

When the Night sky paints a pretty picture

Some verses seem to already be floating
out in the universe
sometimes you may catch a few
and write them out in mortal language.

I posted a poem yesterday, I wanted to describe the feeling of seeing the full moon on my evening walk.

I didn't have words, but you do. You transform celestial magic into words. A pure pleasure to read and admire.

Capturing the reverse of polarities in poem; excellent! 👍🏻🕊️
