THE FACE
By chance I saw THE FACE ,That others saw ,
THE FACE it were so ugly,
Repulsive in the extreme ,
Reminded me of Dorian Gray ,
All the pain of all he'd ever met ,
Heard and seen
All the pain of humanity since Lucy* ,
All the horrors heap upon all that ever lived ,
And died ,
All the pain of those who stumble on through
Life ,
Man that pitcher , oh what a pitcher
