SPRING IS IN THE AIR!

Spring is springing , soon to be sprung
Snow drops , daffodils , next , tulips
Trees will be showing blossom soon
Leaves in buds of green leaves ready burst
Open

The sap is rising!

Birds , courting , pairing , all creatures of both
Night and day , looking fore love , long term
Short term , some will fore a life time]

Spring takes to the wing!

Young human beings , same
All looking , hoping to find love
Old one and two's , remembering ,wistfully

Yes it's almost spring!

Can't wait for it to be around -sigh- ... this makes me wishful, especially with the snow that fell upon us yesterday. A few more weeks to go yet, but this is beautifully written... made me feel right there in the middle of Spring :) *hugs* xx

Lawrence Beck The PoetBay support member heart!
A pleasantly inspirational poem, Ken, but, with the temperature below freezing, and everything dead or dormant, spring still seems distant here.

Great poem full of excitement and joy, Ken.
I'm one of the minority that misses the passage of winter! I highly value bothe winter and summer but find myself merely tolerating spring and fall. :-)

How exciting to feel the arrival of Spring. It's like new hope of life. Nice job.

Soup in the Sand
I just smell the heady air, feeling that exhilaration, basking in the flush of the bright vitative green of Spring unfurling before my eyes.

Your spring poem brings hope - it is snowing outside my window right now. :)
