Early morning...
It's an early spring morning
And there is a ring every where
A rainbow of birds are partying
Just outside my window
And their chirpy chatter is so annoying
I sit up on my bed and yell
They flutter away noisily as I glance down
The early morning sun smiles
A rainbow of flowers are partying below
I can still hear the chirpy chatter of the birds
Perched on a nearby tree
Somewhere a dog barks, a cat mews
Somewhere a gate creaks open, the bicycle bell rings
Somewhere a baby cries, a newspaper hurls against the door
I smile... Everything is beautiful!!
