Our holiday at the sea side day one by Ann Wood

The last week at school was very emotional, for all of us. We were having carnival of the flowers. My class get first place for the most beautiful flower decoration and garden spot. One of the days we were having poetry day, and I get the first place for best poem of the day. On our last day at school we were having party. Everyone was making some cake or cookies. My mom was bought a big basket with fruits. Our teacher makes a big cake and brings soft drinks for us. We make a lot of pictures to remember our last day at school before the summer break. Today is our first day off; mom is not at work too for a month from Monday coming. It is nice sunny Saturday morning, mom start to put our luggage in the car and I help her. This time we will take our caravan with us. It is nice and big. We will travel for two weeks then will back to leave my grand parents at the nursing home, and continuo to travel for two more weeks around the country. My grand parents will go for other holiday with the nursing home, the day after they back from our holiday. We have everything in the car get the dog and start our journey. We have two hours journey to the nursing home, there we will have small break until put their luggage in the car. After we are ready to start out journey again we will say goodbye to the staff and go. On our way to the nursing home mom stop at gas station to refuel the car and buy ice creams and cold drinks because is very hot day. I get some magazines and comics books also few cross words for our holiday. We back to the car and start our journey. Few miles later we stop for short break because the dog was need to go for walk and toilet. I take some pictures of the lovely country side and I picked up a bouquet of summer forest flowers for mom and grandma. Half an hour later we back to the car to continuo our journey. We reach the nursing home at 10:30am. All staff was happy to see us and great us with welcome. Mom signed the visitors' book and we go to my grand parent's apartment. They were ready for our visit and in the room were already have tray with refreshments and fruits. We have some refreshments and I use the toilet before we left. We put their luggage in the car and say goodbye to the staff and start our journey again. We past a lovely country sides I read my book and my mom and grand parents was have small talk. They make plans for our holiday where to go and what we will visit there. We enjoyed our journey so far. At 1:30pm we stop for lunch and small break at one petrol station. We have more ice cream and tea and sandwiches mom was make early at the morning. After an hour we start travel again, we going to stay in Pool for night or two in our caravan. The weather is very nice and warm. Grandpa says that we will have BBQ again and need to stop to buy some meat in the market on our way to Pool. We stop in the farm market to get meat and some fresh milk and eggs for our breakfast. Mom also took some bacon, sausages, black pudding, hash browns and beak beans, mushrooms and bread. We also get yogurt and home made jam and butter, cheese and feta cheese too. Grandma gets some fresh fruit and vegetables. We put everything in the car and start traveling again. In an hour we arrive at Pool, we park near the sea side and go for walk. It was early at the evening we go to nears pub for drink before we get ready for dinner. We back to our car and grandpa start the BBQ, when mom and grandma make salad and chips. I am watching TV in the caravan and get ready for dinner. An hour later mom calls me for dinner. I get to the table in dinning room and wash my hands. We say our prayers and start eating. After dinner I help mom to clean the table and put the dishwasher on. Then we all sit to watching TV and make plans for next day. At 11pm I get ready for bed and go to my room. I say good night to them and get fast asleep I were very tired from the long journey.
