When should I report an offensive text or massage?
If you feel violated or believe that other members or non-members will take offense at a post, picture or message you should report it. In addition, please report anything that is banned in the terms agreed to by the members.

How do we process reports of offensive texts?
All reports are examined by the editors of PoetBay.com. If the offensive text is judged to violate the PoetBay terms of use, a warning is issued to the offender and the text is removed. Especially offensive texts and repeated violations of the terms of use will result in immediate removal of the member and banning of the person from PoetBay.com indefinitely. If needed, the member will be reported to appropriate authorities.
