Rain

S--t, it's raining,
don't like the rain,
sky, leaden,
puddles shine,
I don't.
slate roofs shining too,
still I don't,
trees and plants drip
there is urban disturbance
in the pond,
sun peeps shyly,
I'll just wait for the rainbow,
then smile.

Oh I love the sun, but also the rain. We haven't had a drop for three months, and we need it!! Enjoyed reading this.
