Many have died - dieing - many more will die - even as
I type these words to you
the numbers mount
those who are not killed
will suffer wounds to bad
fore this scribe - to describe - in mere words!
not just the bodily - wounds - the wounds of the minds - worse of all
those who get out referred to as '' migrants '' - not as they are refuges of war!
that's another story!
Somewhere bellow the town
is a secret - that secret - a LIBRARY!
of books found in a bombed - shot up house's - abandoned
some one found books - salvaged the books - took then to a cellar
word got out that a library lived! Others - who by chance found books - took them
to the library - soon shelfs put up - soon filld witg books - chirs arivde - desks
a keen reading boy - who could not be told to go home - hm - home in a city under siege - that an oxy morn thing? He cryde - loudly - just would not be separated from HIS books! so he were given the job of - assistant librarian!
the people of the city collected books - took them somewhere safe - The Secret
Library in a secret celler - in the city - the town
By word of mouth - news spread - fighters - mothers of children
make their way - to borrow books - return them when read
the fighters - insure the borrowed - books are returned - even when they are
unable to take them back personal! the books fined their way back to
stumbling over ruble - dodging snipers bullets - walls - falling - cashing down
intent on reaching the LIBRARY - to borrow a book - or - return a book
one child's favorite books is - Little Red Riding Hood! - how sweet is that!
a fighter his favored Shakespeare Hamlet - talked with passion of the great writing of Shakepear - as like - Shakepear were still a live and writing - Hamlet - his newest work! read the play by the light of the stars - and moon - his rifle close bye!
other being educated - educating them selfs - with the use of books from The Secret Library - poetry - of poets of the world - great writers of the world -
Maybe Terry Pratchett - books are there - being read! Hope so - a great writer
he wrote fore those who read - after all! He wrote of The Invisible Library.
A budging dentist - makes his way - to The Secret Library - to read a book on dentistry - who - had said he'd fix some ones teeth! He had no teaching of dentistry - but - he had kind of promised - a promise is promise - after all!
hence - he'd made his way to the Secret Library
over ruble - past unexploded ordnance - dogging bullets - disappears down in to
the cella - on the shelf's - relevant - found - writes in the borrowing book - name and titles - borrowed - return date - left open
then pops them in to his backpack - then back to the fighting
When shells drop close - then more sandbags filled - to keep the - LIBRARY - SAFE
books found donated to THE SECRET LIBRARY
NO ONE OF THE TOWN -CITY - will reveal - the whereabouts of THE SECRET LIBRARY!
When bombs - some are barrel bombs - fall dropped close to The Secret library
then more sandbags added to protect The Library!
IT'S A SECRET LIBRARY - guarded by those who read! - those who wish to learn to read - to study - BOOKS MATER!
those in the city-town - some searching fore food - find a book - feed the mind!
