Cardiomyopathy
You want a more exacting life? Then let your heart begin to die.
You'll feel as if you took a knife
If you give flights of stairs a try.
You'll breathe as if you've run a block
When all you did was cross the room,
And need to nap at two o-clock
If you intend to use the broom.
Your wife may say, “Let's walk a while.
It is such a lovely day,”
And you'll respond, “That's not my style.
I'm apt to perish on the way.”
