Not Greedy
I will learn her name. Don't worry.I will learn the reasons for the
Darkness in her pretty face, and I
Will summon all of my persuasiveness
To bring her here to spend long
Hours testing to see if our lust
Can turn to love. I won't whimper
If it can't. I've had too much of
Love of late. If all I ever get from
Her are assignations in the sack,
And contact with that brooding
Face, I'll be contented. I'm not
Greedy. Let me lay upon her
After I have learned her name.
