A POET AND THE POETS WORK

Now a poet may dash of a work
A line of the work - poet may
Think with-out thinking
See the line of words as a throw
Away line, just there so to say
Making up the poem, padding out the work
While yet to an unknown reader
That line of words are the cornerstone
Of the poem, return to the line of words
time after time

You got it, ken. That's what makes
