If It Were You

If it were you, you would cry too,
If it were you, I would be there for you.
If it were you, I would do what I can,
Remember I am only human.
If it were you, just say that it is,
What world there be for us to miss?
If it were you, you would not dear,
But since it's me people don't care.
If it were you, people would see,
Exactly how they hurt me.
