Tomorrow in the Distance

I called to the wind
But no-one replied
With face fully wet
Yesterday had not dried
My hair stood on end
My face turned ashen
Today had come before
But now without any passion
Desperation does
Hesitation waits
And there in the distance
Tomorrow sits and contemplates

What to say to this poem that hasn't been said? It is the reality of life as we feel it while standing under a dark cloud. But, the possibility that there might be sunshine tomorrow, even if just long enough to feel warm and dry again. The poem,however, is a classic of the reality of life '

I'm going to use my hippy-dippy 70s lingo here and say, "Far-out, Man. This just blows my mind, dude!" I've been studying on this and I think you'll just have to call me by my new commune name, "Tomorrow," because I'll be at a sit-in contemplating this for awhile.
