ONLY SO MUCH!

Only so much one can do
then - you've gotta to think
of the self
when you don't
then you - goner be a casualty
of this life!

Yes,of course. You do so much. It's very important to take time to nourish the self. I can feel your frustration.
Good one, Ken.

Kathy Lockhart
The most simple building blocks of life are too often overlooked by those who are givers. Self destruction comes from giving away small pieces of yourself without bothering to breathe in. Exhale. Inhale. Inhale. Exhale. Vital to sustain life.
Even God created the Sabbath, a day of rest, a time of taking in, resting the weary, reflection, and rejuvenation. Balance is vital. I believe in each day, there is a time of Sabbath. At least there should be. Even the seasons rest, the day closes and opens, the flower changes its condition, the tide wax and wanes. All things have a season and reason for being just as they are.

So, yes, Ken. "There's only so much one can do..."
