The Nouveau Riche Versus the Impecunious Esthete

My neighbor's house is ostentatious, tile-roofed,
And oddly angled, stuccoed, painted sherbet
Orange, and perched above a river with a most
Impressive view. My neighbor's wealthy.
Nonetheless, he hasn't subtle tastes. I do,
Of course. I think you know, but I'm not
Wealthy. Consequently, I can't educate
My neighbor, putting up a tasteful house,
The sort he should have made.
