It's Tuesday?
The holiday produced such perturbationsThat I've lost my grip on time. Tell me
What day it is. Once I know that, I'll have
The means to re-raise all the scaffolding
Which circumscribes my dreary life.
Is this the day I pay the bills? Is this when
I wheel out the garbage? Will my daughter's
Daughter come, or will I be here by myself,
Or should I, in fact, be at work? I just don't
Know. I'm too confused, and will be until
I have made it through a normal week.
