LITTLE JOY THIS SEASON! (Addishans)

Now we are supposed to approaching the season of joy
Yet why is there so much despair in the eyes - of those
Those I approach day after day? With eyes cast down?
The homeless - so many struggling - trudging to food banks
Trying to survive - against all the odds set against them!
Oh why am I reminded of what Robert Trestles - had to say?
His great book - The Ragged Trousered Philanthropists?

Members of Coo & Co nod together. Yes, it's a very difficult time of year, Ken, with a lot of financial pressures on top of the usual burdens throughout the year. This is a good solid write. We must admit, we're not familiar with the work you mention. Coo steers FT in the direction of Wikipedia, as usual ;>)
