Meeting the death by Ann Wood

Since the world, exists
truth is only one-
As long you live,
Surely meet death.

Sit on the milestone,
look it with warm eyes,
snap off from your bread morsel
and clear water give her.

She does not come with malice to you,
she does not come to hurt you,
just it's a time
soul to be reborn.

Bright Way My Friend!
We will not forget your
good deeds and hospitality!
Rest in peace my friend.

This is beautiful! I like the idea of giving the bread and water.

'Bright way, my friend!' Such a wonderful goodbye. This is such a positive and gentle poem about death.

Thank you!
- Marie.
