When the electorate largely is composed of ignorant idiots, "the will of the people" is malign.
The similarly nonexistent pervert
Cults and commie cells, keep peasants
Close to plutocrats. The ones who
Won't pay decent wages, charge
Excessive rents, pollute the land,
And don't pay any taxes, promise
To maintain the peace, and clear
The streets, and fill the prisons.
These are what the peasants want,
And, if their lives have stopped
Improving as their leaders better
Theirs, they don't question what
They're told: their miseries
Have been brought on by violent
Blacks, and pervert cults,
And sneaky commie cells.

Why I Have no Use for Democracy
The slave revolt which never comes,The similarly nonexistent pervert
