Colin Powell
He'll be lionized, the dumb-ass clod,Cog in the wheel of unending stupidity,
Policy experts, exemplars of hubris,
Who've taken the lives of thousands
Of kids of our own and probably millions
Of others, and buckets, no, truckloads,
No, mountains, of money engaging in
Conflicts with those with whom we had
No actual grievance, and, as it turned
Out, little hope of defeating, despite
What they said. Latter-day Manchus,
Insensate, corrupt, they will weep at
His graveside for him and themselves
As their empire crumbles, pulverized
Mostly, not by those without, but by
Legions of half-wits, like him.
