Young Love

Yes, I do think we are in love.
And yes, we are real young.

But Does that stop us from
loving?

Did anybody say that we are
too young to love.

Does age matter?
I hear people talking.

But I can't exactly hear them
I am listening to you my angel

I see people observing our love
Do I imagine?

I am too busy looking up at you.
Yes, this is young love.

It will never age.
We have "forever"

But today is when we prove
everybody WRONG!..............

Friends, is there really an age minimum or an age limit on to love?
I know you have an answer, ANSWER ME!

The Charmed One
Love is young, love is mature. Like I can tell: your love will never get old.

my answer is -
love is not static...
it is and always IS,
it grow, matures, moves and transforms...

Age is not a barrier to love. It is true people will call young love as "puppy love", crushes, infatuations, or as something that "time wil cure".
Falling in love young means the couple grow into each other, like grooves that perfectly fit.
We all have hearts - and hearts were meant to love. Keep loving - who knows - this is the match made in heaven!

wow that's really wonderful. There is no age limits to love and your poem expresses many emotions. it's great I fell in love with this one by just reading the 1st sentence.

this is a very nicely done poem. I cannot answer your question because I do not judge love. I can only judge my own. This life will bring many opportunities to you for love. It will be up to you to decide what is love and what is not. Experience is a great teacher. kathy

i really like this one...and you're asking a question which i myself have been thinking about recently...is it possible to find 'love' when you're young ? but what is love?? there is no age limit to love...but at the same time, how can you be sure that the person is who you want to be with for the rest of your life? personally, i think that love is a commitment, and it comes about when 2 ppl have mutual respect and trust for one another...but when it comes at such a young age, ppl think that its just an infatuation or something of the sort...ways this poem really does leave a poignant question in anyone's mind...and i love it, btw :) lol keep writing
