My home town of Ramsgate

A town made up of migrants

Sinse the ice age brige melted

As they came to Ramsegate

With them they came with

Theire cuoltcher and custams

And their langwige's

Enritching the town

Adding to the ritchnes of the town

So it was as it is and will be ever so

Long may that be so!

With out migratan

No town no city

Can proges develip

Coltcher stagnaites

With out West Indeans

Landing from The Windrush

No ' Woodbine ' as he were known

A major infloance on the band

Then there would be no Betles

No Liverpool beet

My home town of Ramsgate

Is benafiting now from Afro- Carobeean

Now setalling in the town

Ramsgate is on the up up due to migratan
