Artificial Intelligence

Billions are being spent to what end? Massive arrays of glowing

Computers, gobbling power and water enough to meet the needs

Of millions of people, dribble out false facts and ham-fisted emails,

Cliched come-ons for awkward swains. Sooner or later, somebody

Will notice that not much of value is being created, and, just so

Quickly as they were invested, those billions are going to be lost.

I agree, though I do (perhaps naively) hope that AI will help us cure some diseases and provide better solutions for our problems. That being said, I try really hard not be become a ''screen-starer.'' Thanks for posting.

some will attach them to the live corpses
because it's only paper, e-paper
billions don't make rains that make plants grow
