My husband had a zig zag with his back and so this poem is for all those with this problem.

Oh That Smart

Oh that is a sneak attack,
when you throw out your back.
I really wished that I had not lagged.
Because I zigged when I should have zagged.

Bring on the valium, bring on a pill as big as a plane.
Whatever it takes to get rid of this pain.
Oh geez it hurts to fart,
my I never knew that a nerve could smart.

Somebody help me find a nurse.
I don't care if she looks like a hearse.
I think that woman has plenty of reason to complain.
This disc feels worse than any labor pain.

Do you mind not talking so loud.
Even sneezing while in pain is not allowed.
Whew boy, if only I had known.
It hurts so bad even when I groan.

Yeah! Nothing like a pain in the back apart from a pain in the neck! Closer to the brain apparently! lol An amusing ditty on just how bloody painful it can be to be flat on your back. I like your honest approach to dealing with the pain.

Nice to meet your work,

Tai
