What can I really say, we all need a release (Rest In Pieces)

Calm Endings

It seemed like a normal day

When I last saw your face

Emotions inside took a fast turn

What did you replace

The innocents you held within

Vanished without a trace

Did life pour its problems out

Just strip away your grace

One summer night alone in bed

You found a silent escape

Something that would numb the pain

A vague idea took shape

One pull of the trigger

Corrected everlasting dread

I can say your finally happy

Now your wanting is dead

a very moving text Aaron and so strong in metaphors.

i had truoble personally with the coloured words but it does not detract from the worth of the poem rgds mike
