Having a feast of our nations past
All the the trimmings to make it complete
Not a sound is made when they bring out the treat
Keeping in mind why we come together
Skies shine brightly in all delightful weather
Grace is said over scrumptious feast
Invisible feelings are finally released
Very blessed to have such a meal
Inside a house adds soothing appeal
Night is serene in every way
Give thanks in waves on this wondrous day
