In Realm's Taboo

Leaving bed of fragrant sensuality
Like Phoenix rising from the burnt remains
Indifferent to her fated ignominy
Omnipotent in conquests fields of shame

Traversing paths ignoble in intent
Immersed in endless quest of accolade
His life futile, turbid in senescence
Lost in a hedonistic cruel charade

Elusive of fidelity's sealed kiss
Disdainful of seraphim's mendacity
With quenchless thirst for intimacy's sweet bliss
To him love lost in obscure reality

At one with ego's ever boundless fire
Once more into his realm of faithless hue
Caressing curvatures of his desire
That hallowed path to triangular taboo
Brendan.
