The poem is really about my country NIGERIA, and how much years of misrule and military leadership had plunged her into turmoil

dejected, BUT fearless,
She had been there for 47 years,
and has since lost the urge for tears,
one after the other they tricked and raped her,
each one pretending to be bothered,
they ravaged and ravished,
until they remembered they were farmished,
she still bleeds from her body and in her heart,
but faith and will keeps her from falling apart,
as the sun is certain to set tomorrow,
each day will die with its own sorrow

A Rape Tale!
She lay there helpless, dejected, BUT fearless,
She had been there for 47 years,
and has since lost the urge for tears,
one after the other they tricked and raped her,
each one pretending to be bothered,
they ravaged and ravished,
until they remembered they were farmished,
she still bleeds from her body and in her heart,
but faith and will keeps her from falling apart,
as the sun is certain to set tomorrow,
each day will die with its own sorrow
