just keep them locked on me

i want to fall into your eyes
plunging like through space
falling for miles in an instant
smiling, eyes closed and spiraling
utterly out of control
gibbering nonsense words in explanation
stretching out my extremities so i can smash completely asunder
at the bottom of those wells
i stare into
just let me break off as much of myself as i can and leave it
at the edge of your eyelash
conscious only between each blink
so i never miss a single gaze
