Degradation

The wheel of whiteness
Is arrested in dark setting
As brightness begs its presence
And the low occupies a pride high sitting.
Under the salt cover,
Pureness gets dissolved.
Shamelessly man laughs
Wearing the thread of moral sense
In murky nakedness.

A very thought provoking poem. As relevant to the reader as to the writer. Good use of words , well put over. Welcome to our bay , now your bay.

Dear Pandhy, I like your style a lot.
Yes, low do occupy a high most of the time, taking pride in their falsely occupied position, especially in our country.
Welcome to the Bay !

The center of this poem holds a moral compass that points the way, and is ignored.

This is thoughtfully written. The words are chosen carefully, the images that come are personal to you, but vivid enough that the reader forms their own image. In this way it is both your poem, and ours.

It is a tough subject to tackle. You did it well with unique images.
