Glamorous Life!

Live through them. You may as well.
A couple bucks will get you pictures.
You are there as glossy babes are posed
Beside a swimming pool. Their looks
Are flawless. Out in front, a famous
Actor leaves his limousine. See how
He smiles at you before the waiter
Brings him wine. Tour the investor's
House. The view, the colonnaded hall,
The bathroom fixtures, kitchen almost
Half the size of where you're living,
Barely getting by on what they pay
You at the clothing store. You wish
You could live so well. Never do you
Stop to think that what they have they
Took from you, and, though they'll let
You see it, they do not intend to share.
