Phoenix Breaths

Phoenixes under breaths Pegasus seagulls reeled and whirled
Intermittent flashes of black silk mesh nets
Thrown like waves of gasping, yawning diamond slaves
Crashing sotto voce over climates of moistened skin,
Soma creams concocted tinctures of dream caressing verses
The way you move continental smooth tectonic plates
Shake and rattle sonic hums some fashionable sums waylaid
Like how you played parlayed the cards well manicured hand
Insured against another lost toss were fanned across green felt
You see them melt into words just read between the lines svelte frame
This voiceless code the wailing mount you tamed and rode, exploding
Phoenixes under breaths Pegasus seagulls reeled and whirled
Taking you somewhere out of this w o r l d . . .
