We are made up of so many differences, it's fascinating stuff. I am proud of my immediate heritage/parentage etc, but to travel back can be an eye opener and we are here there and everywhere.

True enough, and if you were to pursue your ancestry back another hundred, two hundred generations and far more, you would find your roots spread to all parts of the world, far behind Britain and Europe.
