Clock face screams Roman numerals darn
Silver knitting needle hands;
Seconds, minutes hours conspiring
Infernal mechanism wound backwards/forward/past
Pedestals, cabinets, counter-weight compass points
True magnetic poles, daylight/anti-night matter
March in costume miming lines screed, circles, squared pyramids recede
Impose dissonance dissolving Will&Testament
Bleeding marble vein, cracked, broken stone.
