If I can't relate to the fate
From which it appears you can't escape
Or not apologize for loving your eyes
For all the years and dreams where time has set our sails
Will I learn to accept the moment my hope just bails
Is it the certain silence when it fills with so many words
Is it the picture that shows you walking like a ghost
Into a future we never shared, sometimes feel lost,
Like Dylan said it's growing late
I fear the hours are beginning to scrape
So let us not love falsely now
As I feel sure you can relate
