Based on fragments from two poems by Lou Marshall Gould, "the apache kid", he and I started out a collaboration that resulted in this song lyrics called - In The Time Before The Frost.

In the evening lit by streetlights
I am bound to hearth and home
And through the season's bounty
My heart will always roam

Light a candle for the living

In the night my angel's watching
Over sleep and mighty dreams
And behold, the world is one
Across the valleys and the streams
