I SHOULD LAY DOWN

I know I should lay hope to sleep
But - I - know - will - thinking
To loudly - be keeping my self awake
Tossing - turning - from right sided
To left side
THINKING - THINKLING!
Replaying the days events
None were worth recalling - but I will
Day was bad oh so bad
My dyspraxia - took over - as usual
Boogde up every - every thing - day went from bad
To worse

Tomorrow - going to be no better - I - know

Tomorrow might not be any better. It probably won't be, but it's not likely to be any worse. I hope that having friends who care for you will make tomorrow tolerable. As you can see, you have those friends.

Happy New Year Ken and you know, your dyspraxia is nothing to feel down about, it is you and a special part of you - you have a kind and dear soul about you - from one sleep tossing person to another - our mantra for the New Year should be that we are great even if others do not realise it - remember it is the small things not the big things that at the end of the day are more important - it is a curse being overly sensitive, I should know, I spend more wakeful nights just reliving things that I shouldn't, should I have done this, said that - I can only be me and you can only be you, so keep on rocking, chin up and smile - I think you are doing just great

maybe you need someone to say "goodnight and sleep tight."

Cheer up by having a nice cup of tea Ken. I hope you feel better soon in time for the new year. It will be a clean slate for us all to make of it what we can. Perhaps it is a bit too hot there at the moment for little pommies ;)
