I like to call myself a liar, because I tend to imagine my life is quite different from what it actually is.
I was born in the middle of an April snow-storm in Catalonia, which is mostly unusual, and I devoted myself to poetry from the age of seven.
Since then, I've been in love with many writers and I've drunk some of their magic to try and enrapture myself with them, sometimes failing to reproduce their ideas as deserved.
I write in English because I discovered who I was -or who I'd like to be- in a greyish neighbourhood called Stroud Green, in London.
So that's who I am: "Emily Chambers in the universe".
And I'm very pleased to meet you all.
