If you want to avoid all the little dramas for your child, he won't understand the risks he will take later, right? and then, one day something will happen to him that hurts a lot that neither you nor he saw coming, right?

I am not going to play the Pope who explains to couples how they should live when he has made vows of chastity, but letting a child have his experiences is not exposing him to additional dangers, it is allowing him to realize that life involves risk whatever we decide to do...
