This has the energy of a motivational note scribbled in a journal, and some of the lines hit with real force. "Devour the despair of stagnation" is a strong phrase, and the idea that hope can make progress feel like boredom is genuinely interesting. But the poem reads more like a list of concepts than a shaped piece. The ideas are there, but they tumble past without building on each other. Slowing down and exploring one or two of these tensions would give the piece more weight. Still, the forward momentum you're describing comes through in the rhythm.
