Cont. of series on the 7 Deadly sins.

7 Deadly Sins-Lust

Sitting front and centre

He has his own seat

Close to the action

The grinding

The sweat

With a pocket full

Of one dollar bills

He waits..

The first girl hits the stage

With vigour

With come-hither eyes

She makes her way over

Grinding and riding his face

Breasts tickling his chin

He tucks a dollar

Into her black G-string

On his finger

A faint tan line

And in his pocket

Full of dollar bills

..his wedding ring.

An enjoyable portrayal of lust, albeit a typical scenario. I would be interested in seeing a piece where the women are lusting after the men - which also does occur. --Joe

Excellent Teala!

I once knew a man
who hid his wedding band
and forgot to put it back on.
He's all gone!
And, I don't miss
In fact I'm in bliss
Since I left him with nothing
but his wrongs.

Great poem teala, I hate those strip joints, they do so lower men and women equally in my eyes. And the wedding ring final line is what it is really all about. My late husband never indulged, he never needed to, he used to say, 'why go out for burgers when you have steak at home?'
